Your Legal Rights

When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.


In accordance with applicable laws we offer to a refund to customers, if you have notified us within 14 days of receiving the goods that you wish to cancel, and we receive back the goods within a further 14 days with the original receipt or proof of purchase, we will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the goods back at our registered office:

If the item(s) purchased are faulty when received by the customer we will offer to replace the item. The customer should provide proof of purchase and return the original faulty product to the above returns address.

As per applicable laws, we reserve the right to only accept return from the person who bought the item.
