This Typica can trace its roots back 130 years to the time Don Gregorio Zamora acquired the Finca. While purchasing land for the El Salvador highway Zamora came across the plantation and could not resist investing in it. Today Finca Rabanales secretly produce some of the best coffees Central America has to offer. This special coffee lot displays notes of Vanilla, Orange, Crab Apples, Peaches and Burnt Caramel, combining to create a tantalisingly sweet and tangy coffee that erupts in your mouth. The slight pepper spice leaving a mild tingling burn on your tounge like lava flowing down the mountainside.
